摘要
“1+X”实用英语交际职业技能等级证书的试点为商务英语专业书证融通提供了可能。高职院校在试点制度设计、人才培养方案改革、师资队伍建设等方面开展了一系列探索和实践,取得了明显成效,同时也存在试点经验不足、教师实践能力不强、校企合力凸显不够等问题。未来将通过实施持续夯实试点基础、全面提升师资综合素质、深挖校企合作潜力等举措细化试点相关工作,增强人才培养的适应性,提升就业竞争力。
The pilot project of“1+X”Vocational English Test System provides the possibility for the integration of diploma education and certificates for business English majors.Higher vocational colleges have carried out a series of exploration and practice has been carried out in the design of pilot system,the reform of talent cultivation program,and the building of teaching staff,achieving remarkable results.However,there do exist problems such as lack of pilot experience,weak practical ability of teachers,and insufficient joint efforts between colleges and enterprises.In the future,efforts will continuously be made to consolidate the pilot foundation,comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers,and tap the potential of college-enterprise cooperation so as to enhance the adaptability of personnel training and enhance the competitiveness of employment.
