摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识是边疆民族地区各项工作的主线,也是党建引领边疆民族地区治理的主线。作为边疆民族地区党的建设的主要价值导向,铸牢中华民族共同体意识对边疆民族地区党建引领具有主线驱动功能。其突出表征为:铸牢中华民族共同体意识能够为边疆民族地区党建引领营造发展环境、充实思想基础、巩固组织稳定、强化政治根基。这四类功能是党建引领边疆民族地区治理的前提条件。围绕铸牢中华民族共同体意识主线,以党的建设成效引领边疆民族地区治理主要包括四条实现路径,即在休戚与共中以党建引领边疆民族地区民生发展,在荣辱与共中以党建引领边疆民族地区文化繁荣,在生死与共中以党建引领边疆民族地区社会治理,在命运与共中以党建引领边疆民族地区安全稳定。必须围绕铸牢中华民族共同体意识主线,以党建引领推动边疆民族地区治理走向现代化。
Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the principal line for all work of ethnic border areas,as well for the Party Construction's guiding of the governance of ethnic border areas.As the main value guide of the Party's construction of ethnic border areas,forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation exerts the principal line's advancing function on the Party Construction's guiding of ethnic border areas.This has been presented obviously as the four types of functions that forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation can provide for the Party Construction's guiding in ethnic areas including creating development environment,strengthening ideological foundation,consolidating organization stability,and forging political root.These four types of functions have been the prerequisite for the Party Construction's guiding of the governance in ethnic border areas.Around the principal line of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,to guide the governance of ethnic border areas with the effect of the Party Construction mainly includes four implementation paths,that is to guide the livelihood development of ethnic border areas through the Party Construction in sharing common stakes,to guide the cultural prosperity of ethnic border areas through the Party Construction in sharing weal or woe,to guide the social governance of ethnic border areas through the Party Construction in sharing life and death,and to guide the safety and stability of ethnic border areas through the Party Construction in sharing destiny.We must focus on the principal line of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and promote the modernization of the governance of ethnic border areas through the guide of the Party Construction.
