摘要
"铸牢中华民族共同体意识"是中国共产党民族理论与时俱进的创新发展,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代党的民族工作的主线。为了全面深入地理解这一重要理念,本文回顾梳理了党的十八大以来习近平总书记关于"铸牢中华民族共同体意识"的历次论述,并将其逐步形成和发展的过程归纳为:从"牢固树立"和"积极培养"中华民族共同体意识,到"铸牢"中华民族共同体意识,再到以其为"主线"做好各项工作。提法表述上的变化可反映出这一理念的受重视程度日益提高、所发挥作用日益突出。在明确"铸牢中华民族共同体意识"理念重要性的基础上,作者以"精神力量之魂""国家统一之基""民族团结之本"为框架分析其重要意义:首先,中华民族共同意识源于古代中国优秀的传统文化和精神传统,又与新时代相适应,它作为科学的、先进的社会意识,对民族团结、社会稳定和国家长治久安发挥着强大的促进作用;其次,铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主要目标之一是维护国家统一,我国自秦汉以来,无论是汉族还是少数民族,均以"大一统"为政治理想和奋斗目标,在新发展阶段牢固树立国家认同以实现长治久安仍是民族工作的重中之重;最后,中华民族共同体意识与民族团结和共同繁荣发展均呈正相关的因果关系:中华民族共同体意识越强,各民族团结一致、同心协力的水平就越高,共同繁荣发展的水平也就越高。
"Solidifying the Consciousness of Chinese National Community"is the innovative development of CPC ethnic theory keeping abreast with the times.In terms of theoretical significance,it is an important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era,and it is the principal line of the party’s ethnic work in the new era.In order to comprehensively and deeply understand this important concept,the author reviewed the"Consciousness of the Chinese National Community"since it was proposed in 2014 and the previous discussions of President Xi Jinping on"Strengthening the Consciousness of the Chinese National Community"since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The process of its gradual formation and development can be summarized as follows:the changes from"firmly establishing"and"actively cultivating"its consciousness to the"solidifying"consciousness of the Chinese national community to the expression of the"principal line"can reflect the gradual enhancement of its importance.On the basis of clarifying the importance of the concept of"strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community",the author explains the significance of building the consciousness of the spiritual community with"spiritual strength","national unity"and"the foundation of national unity":firstly,the common consciousness of the Chinese nation stems from the excellent traditional culture and spirit of ancient China and adapts to the new era.As a scientific and advanced social consciousness,it plays a strong role in promoting national unity,social stability and long-term national peace and stability.Secondly,one of the main goals of strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community is to maintain national unity.Unification is the ideal and goal for both Han and ethnic groups since the Qin and Han dynasties in China’s long history.Firmly establishing national identity in the new stage of development to achieve long-term peace and stability remains the top priority of ethnic work.Finally,the awareness of the Chinese ethnic community is positive and causal related to national unity and common prosperity and development:the stronger the awareness of the community,the higher the level of unity and concerted efforts of all ethnic groups,and the higher the level of common prosperity and development.
