摘要
推进中国式现代化,必须坚持不懈夯实农业基础,推进乡村全面振兴。农民作为乡村振兴战略的实践主体和价值旨向,其经济、政治、文化、生态、价值等方面主体性的发挥关乎乡村振兴“二十字”总目标的实现,而组织化则为激发农民主体性提供了一条有效路径。在实践中,通过建立利益联结机制、创新乡村治理模式、重塑乡土精神纽带、打造环境治理共同体的方式实现农民的组织化,从而提升农民的主体能力,激活乡村振兴战略推进的内生动力。以组织化的方式推动农民主体性的提高应当按照协同联动、主客结合、因地制宜的原则进行。
To promote Chinese-style modernization,we must persistently lay a solid agricultural foundation and promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.As the main practice subject and value orientation of rural revitalization strategy,farmers'subjectivity in economic,political,cultural,ecological and value aspects is closely related to the realization of the general goal of the twenty words'rural revitalization,and organization provides an effective path to stimulate farmers'subjectivity.In practice,farmers’organization can be realized through the establishment of interest linkage mechanism,the innovation of rural governance model,reshaping the rural spiritual bond,and creating environmental management community so as to enhance farmers’subjectivity and activate the internal force to promote rural revitalization strategy.The enhancement of the farmers’subjectivity by means of organization should abide by the principles of coordinating,combining subjective and objective factors,and making appropriate policies according to the local situation.
