摘要
基于大健康理念,以成都大学为例,探讨了城市型大学医学人才培养的实践与启示。研究重点在于培养方案设计的创新、实践教学体系的建设,以及实习机会的提供与拓展。实践探索聚焦于课程设计创新、实验室建设提升以及校际合作的成功经验。强调了跨学科融合的必要性,注重实践教学,强化校际合作,并倡导培养学生的全面素质,使学生具备专业技能、人文素养和团队协作能力。该经验有助于构建适应大健康时代需求的全面医学人才培养体系。
This study is based on the concept of big health and takes Chengdu University as a case to explore the practice and enlightenment of medical talent training in urban universities.The research focuses on the innovation of training program design,the construction of practical teaching system,and the provision and expansion of internship opportunities.Practical exploration focuses on curriculum design innovation,laboratory construction improvement,and successful experiences in inter-school cooperation.The article emphasizes the necessity of interdisciplinary integration,focuses on practical teaching,strengthens inter-school cooperation,and advocates cultivating all-round quality so that students have professional skills,humanistic qualities and teamwork capabilities.This experience will help build a comprehensive medical talent training system that adapts to the needs of the great health era.
