摘要
在新工科和大健康的双重背景下,为满足企业和社会对应用型制药工程人才的需求,对生产实习类实践课程进行深化改革。通过虚拟仿真、认识实习、生产实习逐级递进的工程素养培养方案,以虚拟仿真实现理论知识体系与制药工艺流程的整合,以认识实习强化学生对常见生产设备、基本生产工艺、管路阀门排布的理解,最终以生产实习锻炼学生的综合工程素养、实际操作能力、创新思维方式。旨在实现工程能力培养与创新思维锻炼同频共振,在应用型制药工程专业学生培养过程中发挥生产实习等实践类课程的核心作用,为培养理论联合实际、工艺联合生产、创新联合创造的制药人才提供支持。
Given the dual background of emerging engineering education and comprehensive healthcare,this study aims to reform the production practical course to meet the demands of en-terprises and society for pharmaceutical engineering talents with application-oriented skills.We have constructed a hierarchical training program for engineering literacy through virtual simula-tion,cognitive practice,and production practice.This study integrates the theoretical knowledge with pharmaceutical process flow using virtual simulation,strengthens understanding of produc-tion equipment,production process,and pipeline valve layouts through cognitive practice,and ul-timately hones comprehensive engineering literacy,practical operation skills,and innovative thought through production practice.To cultivate engineering skills and practice innovation thinking,the central role of practical courses is played in training pharmaceutical engineering students.Production practice is expected to provide support for the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talent,who combine theory with practice,process with production and innovation with creativity,under the background of emerging engineering education.
