摘要
目前,高校的音乐教育专业依然存在应用型人才培养目标与社会人才需求接轨不够紧密,精准对接学生就业岗位的职业属性不明显;音乐教育专业的课程体系不够完善,与社会、市场需求衔接不够紧密;音乐教育专业的实践教学环节形式化比较严重;音乐教育专业评价体系较滞后,不能较好适应音乐教育应用型人才培养需求等问题。该文依据《关于推进应用型本科高校建设的指导意见》要求,立足所在学校音乐教育全面育人实践,秉承OBE人才培养理念,提出基于应用型人才培养的音乐教育专业“四位五融合”教学改革研究方案,为培养具备“基础扎实、人格完善、具有创新精神、美育素养和终身发展能力”的高校应用型音乐教育专业人才培养目标贡献微薄之力。
At present,the music education major in colleges and universities still has the problem that the training goals of applied talents are not closely aligned with the needs of social talents,and the vocational attributes of accurately connecting students'employment positions are not obvious;the curriculum system of music education is not perfect enough,and it is not closely connected with the social and market demand.The formalization of practice teaching of music education major is serious.The evaluation system of music education specialty is lagging behind and can not adapt to the needs of application-oriented talent training in music education.According to the Requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and Universities,based on the overall education practice of music education in the school and adhering to the concept of OBE talent training,this paper proposes a teaching reform research plan of"four-five-integration"for music education major based on application-oriented talent training.It makes a modest contribution to the training goal of college applied music education professionals with"solid foundation,perfect personality,innovative spirit,aesthetic education quality and lifelong development ability".
