企业数字化转型与劳动生产率的U型关系——基于市场竞争力的调节作用

摘要 基于2010—2020年中国A股上市公司研究数据,应用文本分析法刻画数字化转型指标,以双向固定效应模型为基础,实证检验企业数字化转型对劳动生产率的影响,并深入探究市场竞争力对二者关系的调节效应.研究结果表明:(1)企业数字化转型与劳动生产率呈正U型关系,即企业劳动生产率随着数字化转型的不断进行,呈现出先下降后上升的趋势.(2)市场竞争力正向调节了企业数字化转型与劳动生产率之间的正U型关系.(3)异质性分析发现,数字化转型对劳动生产率的影响作用在大规模企业、非国有企业、高新技术企业和制造业企业中更为显著.基于此,建议企业加快推进数字化转型,制定差异化的转型路径. Based on the research data of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2020,this paper applies text analysis to characterize the digital transformation indicators,empirically tests the impact of enterprise digital transformation on labor productivity based on the two-way fixed effect model,and deeply explores the moderating effect of market competitiveness on the relationship between the two.The research results show that:(1)There is a positive U-shaped relationship between enterprise digital transformation and labor productivity,that is,with the continuous progress of digital transformation,enterprise labor productivity shows a trend of first decline and then increase.(2) Market competitiveness positively moderates the positive U-shaped relationship between enterprise digital transformation and labor productivity.(3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of digital transformation on labor productivity is more significant in large-scale enterprises,non-state-owned enterprises,high-tech enterprises and manufacturing enterprises.Based on this,it is suggested that enterprises should accelerate digital transformation and formulate differentiated transformation paths.
