摘要
目的:分析实习护生参与时间银行互助养老志愿服务意愿及影响因素。方法:2022年11月-2023年5月对大理白族自治州某三甲医院409名实习护生进行问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验比较实习护生人口学特征上的差异,多因素Logistic回归模型分析实习护生参与时间银行互助养老志愿服务意愿的独立影响因素。结果:409名实习护生中,85.1%的实习护生愿意参与时间银行互助养老志愿服务。性别、文化程度、参与志愿服务情况、参与养老志愿服务意愿、参与养老志愿服务情况、对时间银行互助养老模式的了解程度是实习护生参与时间银行互助养老志愿服务意愿的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:实习护生对时间银行互助养老志愿服务的知晓率低,但参与意愿较高。
Objective:To investigate the willingness of nursing interns to participate in time bank mutual elderly-care volunteer service and the influencing factors.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 409 nursing interns in a tertiary hospital in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture from November 2022 to May 2023.The χ^(2) test was used to compare the differences in demographic characteristics of the nursing interns,and the multifactorial Logistic regression model was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of nursing interns′willingness to participate in time bank mutual elderly-care volunteer service.Results:Among 409 nursing interns,85.1%of them were willing to participate in time bank mutual elderly-care volunteer service.Gender,education level,participation in volunteer service,willingness to participate in elderly-care volunteer service,participation in elderly-care volunteer service,and understanding of the time bank mutual elderly-care model were the influencing factors of the nursing interns′willingness to participate in time bank mutual elderly-care volunteer service(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing interns have a low awareness rate of time bank mutual elderly-care volunteer service,but a high willingness to participate.
