摘要
【目的】调查并分析护理人员开展互联网+护理服务的意愿、认知及培训现状。【方法】采用自行设计的问卷对全国32个省市一级、二级、三级医院的16299名护理人员进行横断面调查,比较不同等级医院护理人员开展互联网+护理服务的现状与意愿,以及认知、培训现状。【结果】16299名护理人员中,86.3%认为有必要开展互联网+护理服务,87.3%愿意实施互联网+护理服务。不同等级医院护理人员在是否愿意开展互联网+护理服务方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同等级医院护理人员在最需要采取哪种模式开展互联网+护理服务、服务交通费用制定方式及费用收取标准方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同等级医院护理人员在是否有必要开展相关培训及是否接受过相关培训方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】不同等级医院护理人员开展互联网+护理服务意愿较高,但互联网+护理服务的开展模式、费用收取、居家服务培训等方面有待加强。
【Objective】To investigate and analyze the willingness,cognition and training status of nurses to carry out Internet+nursing services.【Methods】A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 16299 nursing staff in 32 first,second and third level hospitals in China by using self-designed questionnaires.【Result】Among 16299 nursing staff,86.3%thought it was necessary to carry out Internet plus nursing services,and 87.3%were willing to carry out Internet plus nursing services.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the willingness of nursing staff in different levels of hospitals to carry out Internet plus nursing services.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the different levels of hospital nursing staff in terms of which model they most needed to adopt to carry out Internet plus nursing services,the way of formulating service transportation fees and the standards of charging fees.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the necessity of conducting relevant training and whether nursing staff from different levels of hospitals had received such training.【Conclusion】Nurses in hospitals of different levels are willing to carry out Internet plus nursing services,but Internet plus nursing service development mode,fee collection,home service training and other aspects need to be strengthened.
