摘要
目的:分析桌面推演在基层医院急诊科护士突发公共卫生事件应急救护培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年4月惠州市第六人民医院急诊科68名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各34名。对照组接受常规培训,试验组接受桌面推演培训。培训前后使用护士突发公共卫生事件应急救援能力调查问卷对两组护士进行调查;对两组护士的专科理论知识水平、应急能力、沟通协调能力和总体业务能力进行理论考核;培训前后使用医院自制满意度调查表评价医师对两组护士护理工作的满意度。结果:培训后,试验组护士的应急知识掌握能力、急救能力评估、综合能力维度得分和总分以及科理论知识水平、应急能力、沟通协调能力、总体业务能力成绩及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,试验组医师对护士护理工作的满意度为95.7%,对照组为65.2%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过桌面推演培训,基层医院急诊科护士的应对突发公共卫生事件的能力得到了显著提高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of desktop inference in public health emergency rescue training for nurses in emergency departments of primary hospitals.Methods From November 2022 to April 2023,68 nurses in the Department of Emergency of Huizhou Sixth People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 34 nurses in each group.The control group received routine training,and the experimental group received desktop inference training.Before and after the training,the two groups of nurses were investigated by using the questionnaire on their emergency rescue ability in public health emergencies.The two groups of nurses'theoretical knowledge level,emergency response ability,communication and coordination ability and overall professional ability were evaluated.Before and after the training,the satisfaction questionnaire made by the hospital was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the doctors to the nursing work of the two groups of nurses.Results After training,the emergency knowledge mastery ability,first-aid ability evaluation,comprehensive ability and total score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the theoretical knowledge level,emergency ability,communication and coordination ability,overall professional ability and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After training,the satisfaction of nurses'nursing work was 95.7%in the experimental group and 65.2%in the control group,which was higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The ability of nurses in emergency department of primary hospitals to deal with public health emergencies has been significantly improved through desktop inference training.
