摘要
目的探究苏州市14家三级综合医院发热门诊护士传染病突发事件应急能力及影响因素,以期为应对突发传染病事件的人力资源管理提供参考和依据。方法选取2022年4—5月苏州市14家三级综合医院发热门诊护士217名为调查对象,采用“医护人员传染病突发事件应对能力调查问卷”进行调查。结果217名发热门诊护士的传染病突发事件应急能力得分为143.52±24.41分。不同学历、是否参与过其他突发事件(包括地震、火灾等灾难或事故)应急救援、过去5年参加常见传染病或新发传染病培训次数及传染病突发事件应急演练次数的发热门诊护士应对能力得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,学历、应急演练频次、培训频次和救援经历为影响护士传染病突发事件应对能力的主要因素。结论苏州市14家三级综合医院发热门诊护士传染病突发事件应急能力处于中等水平。不同学历、应急演练频次、培训频次和救援经历的发热门诊护士传染病突发事件应急能力不同,需有针对性地进行培训,采用区别化的考核标准以达最优的培训效果,从而提升护士应急事件的认知和应对能力。
Objective To explore the infectious disease emergency response capabilities and influencing factors of nurses from fever clinics of 14 tertiary general hospitals in Suzhou,aim to provide reference and basis for human resources management in response to infectious disease emergencies.Methods A total of 217 nurses from fever clinics of 14 tertiary general hospitals in Suzhou from April to May in 2022 were selected as survey subjects.A survey was conducted using the"Questionnaire on the Emergency Response Capability of Medical Staffto Infectious Disease Emergencies".Results The emergency response capability score of 217 fever clinic nurses for infectious disease emergencies was 143.52±24.41.The differences were statistically significant in emergency response capability scores among fever clinic nurses,based on their educational background,participation in other emergency events(including disasters or accidents such as earthquakes,fires,etc.),the frequency of training on common infectious diseases or emerging infectious diseases in the past five years,and the frequency of emergency drills for infectious disease emergencies(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the educational backgrounds,frequencies of emergency drills,frequency of training and rescue experience were the main factors influencing the emergency response capability of nurses during infectious disease emergencies.Conclusion The infectious disease emergency response capabilities of nurses form fever clinics of 14 tertiary general hospitals in Suzhou was at a medium level.The fever clinics nurses with different educational backgrounds,frequencies of emergency drills,training frequencies,and rescue experiences have different emergency response capabilities during infectious disease emergencies.Therefore,targeted training should be conducted,and differentiated assessment standards should be adopted to achieve optimal training effect,so as to improve the nurses'awareness of and ability to respond to emergency events.
