摘要
目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下大型方舱医院供应药品的品种和数量,为方舱医院药物遴选及合理用药提供参考。方法以上海国家会展中心方舱医院三分院5.1舱和6.1舱为样本医院,系统分析该医院的药品供应目录,分析药物品种数、剂型、出库情况,并按各器官系统分类统计。结果三分院供应118种药物,药物剂型多样,以片剂(48种,43.64%)和注射剂(31种,28.18%)为主,给药方式以口服为主(59.09%)。药品出库频次最高的10个品种均为改善COVID-19呼吸道症状和消化道症状的药物。连花清瘟颗粒/胶囊是出库数量最多的品种。出库率达80%以上的品种仅6个(7.14%)、50%以上的品种17个(20.24%),总体出库率较低。缺少止血、维生素和营养类、影响骨代谢药物等。结论方舱医院的药品供应目录应调整品种,扩大保障范围,同时优化配备数量,避免供不上或浪费等现象。
Objective To analyze the variety and quantity of drugs supplied by large Fangcang shelter hospitals under coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),so as to provide reference for drug selection and rational drug use in Fangcang shelter hospitals.Methods Taking Halls 5.1 and 6.1 of the third branch of Fangcang shelter hospital of Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center as the sample hospital,the drug supply catalogue of the hospital was systematically analyzed.The number of drug varieties,dosage forms and outbound delivery were analyzed,and the statistics were classified according to each organ system.Results There were 118 kinds of drugs supplied in the hospital,with various dosage forms.Among the existing drugs,tablets(48 kinds,43.64%)and injections(31 kinds,28.18%)were the main dosage forms.Oral administration(59.09%)was the main method of administration.The top 10 drugs with the highest frequency of outbound delivery were drugs for improving the respiratory and digestive symptoms of COVID-19.Lianhua Qingwen granule/capsule had the largest number of outbound delivery.There were only 6 varieties(7.14%)with an outbound delivery rate of more than 80%and 17 varieties(20.24%)with more than 50%.The overall outbound delivery was low.There were short of drugs for hemostasis,vitamins,nutrients,bone metabolism,and so on.Conclusion The drug supply catalogue of Fangcang shelter hospitals should adjust the varieties,expand the scope of the guarantee,and optimize the supplied quantity to avoid shortage and waste.
