摘要
目的:观察手法复位联合外固定支架对桡骨远端骨折患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年3月至2023年3月接收的80例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组(n=40)。对照组给予手术治疗,观察组实施手法复位联合外固定支架,统计手术指标及功能恢复总有效率,分别于治疗前、治疗1 y后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(Fugl-meyer assessment scale,FMAS)测定上肢腕手功能,采用X光片检查腕关节背伸活动度,并评价其安全性。结果:观察组手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),且总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后各组FMA评分、腕关节背伸活动度均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症比较差异无明显意义(P>0.05)。结论:手法复位联合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折能促进功能恢复,缩短住院时间,还能改善手腕及关节功能。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of manual reduction combined with external fixation on patients with distal radius fractures.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2023,80 patients with distal radius fractures were selected and randomized into the observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with surgery and the observation group was treated with manual reduction combined with external fixation.Surgical indicators and the total effective rate of functional recovery were statistically analyzed.Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMAS)was used to evaluate wrist function and an X-ray was used to check the range of wrist dorsiflexion before treatment and after 1 month of treatment.Meanwhile,safety was evaluated.Results:Compared with the control group,surgical indicators in the observation group were better,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,there were increases in FMAS score and range of wrist dorsiflexion in each group(P<0.05),and the two in the observation group were higher and greater(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Manual reduction combined with external fixation can promote functional recovery,shorten hospital stay,and improve wrist and joint function in patients with distal radius fractures.
