摘要
老年髋部骨折是骨质疏松性骨折中一种较为常见且严重的骨折类型。骨质疏松症是导致老年髋部骨折且影响其预后的重要因素。针对老年髋部骨折患者及早规范进行骨质疏松症的评估和治疗十分必要。本共识以循证医学证据为基础,经全国骨科及内分泌专家讨论,从老年髋部骨折的骨质疏松症诊断、评估、治疗等多个方面形成推荐意见,为治疗此类患者提供参考。
Geriatric hip fracture is a common and severe type of osteoporotic fractures.Osteoporosis is an important factor causing geriatric hip fracture and affecting its prognosis.It is necessary to manage osteoporosis in elderly patients with hip fractures as soon as possible.This consensus is evidence-based and discussed by national orthopedic and endocrinologic experts to form recommendations about the diagnosis,evaluation and treatment of osteoporosis in geriatric hip fractures,aiming to provide reference for the management of such patients.
