摘要
目的:观察电针结筋病灶点结合腰部核心肌力训练对慢性非特异性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性非特异性腰痛患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(电针结筋病灶点结合腰部核心肌力训练)和对照组(腰部核心肌力训练)各42例。共治疗4周,治疗前后分别对两组采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及临床疗效有效率进行测评。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分、ODI评分均出现下降,且观察组低于对照组,观察组临床疗效有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结筋病灶点结合腰部核心肌力训练对慢性非特异性腰痛效果确切,该疗法可作为实用有效的治疗方案推广应用。
Objective:To observe the obsercation on the intervention effect of electroacupuncture focus of tendon combined with waist core strength training on chronic non-specific low back pain.Methods:Methods 84 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(electroacupuncture focus of tendon combined with waist core strength training)and control group(waist core strength training),42 cases in each group.Treated for 4 weeks,before and after treatment,the two groups were treated with routine treatment vasual anlalogue scale(VAS)and lumbar Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and the clinical efficacy was evaluatedand.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of electroacupuncture focus of tendon combined with waist core strength training on chronic non-specific low back pain is exact.This therapy can be used as a practical and effective treatment.
