摘要
目的探索在神经外科青年教师中开展以培养学科核心素养为导向的教师培训对教学能力提升的作用。方法选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院神经外科青年教师26人,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别带教在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院神经外科进行神经外科临床实践的长学制临床医学生。对照组教师经过传统临床教学培训,实验组教师给予以培养学科核心素养为导向的教师培训。学生教学效果评价采用出科考试成绩、迷你临床演练(Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)评估、学生及教师问卷调查。结果实验组教师带教学生的出科考试成绩中,Mini-CEX评估成绩高于对照组,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。学生问卷调查显示,实验组带教的学生对于课堂氛围、学科逻辑分析能力、教学效果以及教师教学能力方面的满意度高于对照组,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。教师问卷显示,实验组教师对课堂氛围、提升教学能力和学生成绩的满意度高于对照组,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。随堂听课评分显示,实验组教师教学方法、教学能力和教学效果均高于对照组,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论以学科核心素养培养为导向的教师培养能够显著提升青年教师的教学能力、提高学生学习能力、改善教学效果。
Objective To explore the function of teacher training oriented to academic core literacy in the improvement of teaching ability in young teachers of Neurosurgery.Methods 26 young teachers in the Department of Neurosurgery,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Then,they were arranged to teach clinical medical students of long-term system in the clinical practice of Neurosurgery in the Department of Neurosurgery,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,respectively.Traditional clinical teaching training was adopted in the training of the control group,and teacher training oriented to the cultivation of academic core literacy was given to the expeimental group.Scores of clinical practice examination,mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)and questionnaire surveys of teachers and students were used to evaluate the teaching effect of students.Results The clinical practice examination scores and Mini-CEX evaluation scores of students taught by teachers in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Students’questionnaire survey showed that students in the experimental group were more satisfied than the control group with the class atmosphere,analytical skills of disciplinary logic,teaching effect and teaching ability,and the differences were of statistical significance(all P<0.05).Teachers’questionnaire survey showed that teachers in the experimental group were more satisfied than the control group in terms of class atmosphere,improving teaching ability and students’examination scores,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Classroom evaluation showed that the scores of teaching methods,teaching ability and teaching effect were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the differences were of statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion Teacher training oriented to the cultivation of academic core literacy can significantly enhance the teaching ability of young teachers,improve students’learning ability and promote the teaching effect.
