摘要
目的:研究CBL联合Mini-CEX对提高急诊科实习医生临床能力的应用。方法:选取在我院急诊科进行实习的临床医学专业学生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。其中实验组20名,采用CBL和Mini-CEX指导教学;对照组20名,采用传统方法教学。在实习初期和末期比较分析学生在问诊能力、查体能力、临床诊断、治疗方案、操作能力、沟通能力、整体评价等7个方面的能力。结果:实习末期实验组7个方面的能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将CBL和Mini-CEX应用于临床教学,可提升急诊科实习医生的临床能力。
Objective:to study the application of CBL combined with mini CEX in improving the clinical ability of emergency interns.Methods:the clinical medical students who were practicing in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group.In the experimental group,20 students were instructed by CBL and mini CEX;The control group of 20,using traditional methods of teaching.At the beginning and the end of the internship,the students’abilities in seven aspects were compared and analyzed,including inquiry ability,physical examination ability,clinical diagnosis,treatment plan,operation ability,communication ability and overall evaluation.Results:at the end of internship,the experimental group was higher than the control group in 7 aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of CBL and mini CEX in clinical teaching can improve the clinical ability of emergency interns,which is worthy of promotion.
