摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱法测定牡丹籽油中β-谷甾醇、麦角甾醇、菜油甾醇、菜籽甾醇的含量,结果显示麦角甾醇、菜籽甾醇、菜油甾醇、β-谷甾醇在1~50μg·m L^(-1)线性良好,相关系数≥0.99744,回收率为75.6%~96.1%,RSD为0.39%~3.87%。牡丹籽油中总甾醇含量从高到低依次为β-谷甾醇、麦角甾醇、菜油甾醇,其中β-谷甾醇的平均含量为27.44 g·kg^(-1)。通过对牡丹籽油中甾醇含量进行测定和分析,可为相关企业挖掘牡丹籽油特色功能、发现特色指标提供数据支撑。
The contents ofβ-sitosterol,ergosterol,campesterol and brassicasterol in peony seed oil were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that ergosterol,brassicasterol,campesterol andβ-sitosterol had good linearity in the concentration range of 1~50μg·mL^(-1),with correlation coefficients≥0.99744,recoveries of 75.6%~96.1%and RSD of 0.39%~3.87%.The total sterol contents in peony seed oil wereβ-sitosterol,ergosterol and campesterol from high to low,and the average content ofβ-sitosterol was 27.44 g·kg^(-1).The determination and analysis of the sterol content in peony seed oil can provide data support for relevant enterprises to explore the characteristic functions of peony seed oil and discover characteristic indicators.
