摘要
通过梳理当前火电行业各类自行监测技术规范,根据常规火力发电机组、生活垃圾为燃料的火电厂、危险废物为燃料的火电厂工艺类型及污染排放特征,围绕自行监测方案中的废水、废气、噪声、固废和周边环境质量监测,详细梳理了设置监测点位、选取监测指标和确定监测频次的考虑因素,明确了自行监测工作的信息记录内容,旨在帮助火电企业准确理解和掌握标准要点,以便规范编制自行监测方案,规范开展自行监测工作。
By sorting out various self monitoring technical specifications for the current thermal power industry,based on the process types and pollution emission characteristics of conventional thermal power generating units(plants),thermal power plants fueled by domestic waste,and thermal power plants fueled by hazardous waste,and focusing on the monitoring of wastewater,exhaust gas,noise,solid waste,and surrounding environmental quality in the self monitoring scheme,the considerations for setting monitoring points,selecting monitoring indicators,and determining the monitoring frequency were detailed.The purpose of clarifying the information recording content of self monitoring work was to help thermal power enterprises accurately understand and master the key points of the standard,so as to standardize the preparation of self monitoring plans and conduct self monitoring work.
