摘要
阐述了陆上石油天然气工业污染排放自行监测方案的编制依据,分析了石油天然气开采的生产工艺与污染排放特征,在此基础上提出了自行监测方案的主要内容,明确了自行监测的一般原则与监测点位、监测指标及频次设定等相关内容。
In this paper, the design basis of the self-monitoring program for onshore oil and gas exploitation and production industry was elaborated, and the production process and pollutant discharge characteristics weie analyzed. On this basis, the primary coverage of the self-monitoring program were put forward. The general principle of self-monitoring and related contents such as monitoring site, monitoring factor and frequency setting were specified.
