摘要
为适应人工智能时代的发展要求,高职院校需要加快推动电子商务专业人才培养体系构建,加快复合型、创新型人才培养。针对当前高职电商专业面临的课程体系更新不及时、人才的核心技能需提升、人工智能化教学场景搭建不足、产教融合育人未形成有效合力等困境,提出了及时更新课程体系、搭建智能化的教学场景、注重学生核心技能培养、打造多主体协同育人模式等策略,实现电商人才培养升级,满足人工智能时代的需求。
In order to meet the requirements of the era of artificial intelligence,higher vocational colleges need to accelerate the construction of e-commerce talent training system and accelerate the cultivation of compound and innovative talents.In view of the current difficulties faced by the e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges,such as untimely updating of curriculum system,the need to improve the core skills of talents,the insufficient construction of artificial intelligence teaching scenarios,and ineffective synergy in the integration of production and education,this paper puts forward strategies such as updating the talent cultivation system in time,building intelligent teaching scenarios,focusing on the cultivation of students′core skills,and creating a multi-agent collaborative education model to achieve the upgrading of e-commerce talent cultivation and meet the needs of the era of artificial intelligence.
