摘要
本文通过核心技能培养的药学实践教学模式,构建以药学专业为核心培养体系。高职药学专业的人才培养必须采取改革的形式才能满足市场的需求,积极推动教育改革的进程,加大对药学专业学生实践技能与职业素养的培养。通过核心技能模块化的培养模式,以就业岗位为需求,着重培养以实践技能为主的药学专业型人才。实现高质量人才培养目标,促进高职人才就业问题。
In this paper,through the pharmacy practice teaching mode of core skill training,the pharmacy major as the core training system is constructed.In order to meet the needs of the market,the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents in higher vocational colleges must take the form of reform,actively promote the process of education reform,and increase the cultivation of practical skills and professional quality of pharmaceutical students.Through the training mode of core skills modularization,focusing on the training of pharmaceutical professional talents with practical skills based on the demand of employment positions.To achieve the goal of high-quality personnel training and promote the employment of higher vocational talents.
