摘要
目的 研究在护理实习教学中应用思维导图+体验式教学法的效果。方法 将2022年4月至2023年3月在医院实习的440名护生分为甲、乙、丙、丁4组,各110名。其中甲组采用常规教学法,乙组采用常规法+思维导图教学法,丙组采用常规法+体验式教学法,丁组采用思维导图+体验式教学法。教学结束后,比较4组的批判性思维能力、理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩、综合考评成绩和教学满意度。结果 教学后丁组的批判性思维能力量表得分及理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩、综合考评成绩、教学满意度均高于其他3组(P<0.05),乙组、丙组各项均高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论 在护理实习教学中应用思维导图和体验式教学法均可提高实习护生的批判性思维能力,改善教学效果,二者联合效果更好。
Objective To study the effect of application on mind mapping+experiential teaching method in internship teaching of nursing.Methods 440 nursing students who were interned in the hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were divided into 4 groups with 110 per group:Group A,Group B,Group C and Group D.Group A received conventional teaching method.Group B received conventional method+mind mapping teaching method.Group C received conventional method+experiential teaching method,and group D received mind mapping&experiential teaching method.At the end of the teaching,the four groups were compared in terms of their critical thinking ability,theoretical examination results,operational assessment results,comprehensive assessment results and satisfaction with the teaching.Results After the teaching,the score of critical thinking ability,theory examination,operation examination,comprehensive assessment and teaching satisfaction of Group D were higher than the other three groups(P<0.05),and the scores of Group B and Group C were higher than Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping and experiential teaching method in nursing internship teaching can improve the critical thinking ability of nursing intern and improve the teaching effect,and the combined effect of the two is better.
