“双一流”建设高校通信工程专业产教融合改革与实践 被引量:3

摘要 产教融合是面向现代信息技术产业需求培养创新型人才的重要途经,在“双一流”建设高校通信工程专业的建设中扮演着重要角色。该文阐述产教融合背景下通信工程专业人才培养面临的教学内容滞后、师资建设不完善等问题。针对上述问题,南京邮电大学通信与信息工程学院充分发挥长期积累的校企合作资源优势,在通信工程专业的培养方案制订、教学体系规划、教学资源建设、项目式教学实施和师资队伍建设等方面探索产教融合人才培养的新路径。实践证明,所开展的创新举措在专业建设与人才培育质量、教改成果与课程建设、创新创业教育等方面取得显著成效。 The integration of industry and education is viewed as an important way to cultivate innovative talents in order to satisfy the needs of modern information technology industry,which plays a vital role in constructing the communication engineering specialty in"Double First-Class"universities.This article points out the main problems in talent training in the context of industry-education integration,such as the sluggishness of teaching contents and the unbalanced development of teacher teams.In order to deal with the aforementioned issues,the School of Communications and Information Engineering of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications fully leverages the long-term advantages of school-enterprise cooperation,and explores a new path for talent training of the Communication Engineering specialty under the background of industry-education integration from five aspects,including training scheme determination,teaching system planning,teaching resource construction,project-based teaching implementation,and teacher team development.It has been demonstrated by practice that the adopted innovative measures have obtained significant achievements in three aspects,including the major construction and talent training quality,the educational reform and curriculum construction,the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
