数字教育赋能新质生产力:困境、逻辑与策略 被引量:16

New Quality Productive Forces Empowered by Digital Education:Dilemmas,Logic and Strategies

摘要 新质生产力是马克思主义生产力理论在中国的本土化发展,而数字教育的发展为生产力的质性重塑提供了动力,进而推动了新质生产力的发展。然而,数字教育在赋能新质生产力的过程中面临技术盲从、数据风险、数字鸿沟等现实困境。为突破这些现实困境,文章剖析了数字教育赋能新质生产力的内在逻辑,指出数字教育通过赋能高素质劳动者培养、新质劳动对象提供和新质劳动资料形成来发展新质生产力。依托此内在逻辑,文章从借鉴国际相关经验、落实数据安全管理、推动数字教育集群发展等角度,提出了数字教育赋能新质生产力的推进策略。文章的研究可为数字教育的高质量发展提供理论指导,并有助于推动新质生产力的发展。 New quality productive forces are the localized development of Marxist productive force theory in China,and the development of digital education provides impetus for the qualitative reshaping of productive force,and further promoting the development of new quality productive forces.However,in the process of empowering new quality productive forces,digital education faces practical difficulties such as technological blindness,data risks,and digital divide.To break through these practical difficulties,this paper analyzed the internal logic of new quality productive forces empowered by digital education,and pointed out that digital education could develop new quality productive forces by empowering the cultivation of high-quality laborers,providing new quality labor objects,and forming new quality labor materials.Based on this internal logic,the paper proposed promotion strategies for new quality productive forces empowered by digital education from the perspectives of learning from international relevant experience,implementing data security management,and promoting the cluster development of digital education.The research of this paper could provide theoretical guidance for the high-quality development of digital education and help promote the development of new quality productive forces.
