摘要
随着深圳城市轨道交通网络的进一步发展,将越来越多地出现盾构隧道穿越既有建构筑物的情况。为保证盾构隧道穿越施工带来的地层扰动不影响既有建构筑物的正常使用,需要对盾构隧道穿越既有建构筑物的影响进行研究。本文依托穗莞深城际轨道交通深圳机场至前海段工程Ⅱ标项目盾构下穿桂湾一路地下市政道路工程,通过数值模拟计算与现场实测数据对比的方法,研究盾构掘进对既有建构筑物的施工扰动。研究发现,地下匝道道路沉降变形趋势及最大沉降出现位置与现场实测数据相符,在盾构隧道穿越的过程中,既有结构的变形均在设计要求范围内。
With the further development of Shenzhen's urban rail traffic network,there will be more and more cases of shield tunneling passing through the existing buildings and structures.To ensure that the geological disturbance caused by shield tunnel passing through construction does not affect the normal use of existing buildings,it is necessary to study the impact of shield tunnel passing through existing the buildings.This article relies on the shield tunneling of the underground municipal road project of Guiwan 1st Road under the Shenzhen Airport to Qianhai section of the Guangzhou Shenzhen Intercity Railway transport project.Through numerical simulation calculation and on-site measurement data comparison,the construction disturbance of the existing buildings caused by shield tunneling is studied.It is found that the settlement deformation trend and maximum settlement location of the underground ramp road are consistent with the on-site measured data.During the process of shield tunnel passing through,the deformation of the existing structure is within the design requirements.
