桩基施工对邻近既有隧道扰动影响 被引量:13

Disturbance influence of pile foundation construction on adjacent existing tunnels

摘要 为防范桩基施工过程产生的冲击载荷对邻近隧道衬砌结构产生振动变形、应力破坏等不利影响,首先,针对某码头工程在施工载荷作用下动力响应,结合实际工程地质条件构建"桩基-土层-隧道"三维动力有限元模型;然后,为验证模型的可靠性,模拟打桩对隧道衬砌结构的影响,并与实测数据对比分析验证地表速度振动峰值;最后,结合实际工程,基于验证后的模型,研究不同土层、土层与衬砌交界面处应力波的反射与散射作用,分析不同深度和不同距离工况条件下,桩基施工对隧道衬砌结构的动力响应.研究结果表明:隧道截面最不利的振动部位位于衬砌结构靠近桩位一侧的上1/4弧段,该区域所受冲击作用最明显;当桩底与隧道中心相对距离比较近时,衬砌结构所受到的冲击影响最大,而当桩底已超过隧道埋深,打桩产生的冲击对隧道衬砌作用影响逐渐减弱;打桩与隧道间隔距离越远,随着冲击载荷传播距离增大,其能量衰减越大,对隧道衬砌造成的影响越小. In order to prevent the vibration deformation and stress damage of the adjacent tunnel lining caused by the impact load during the pile foundation construction,firstly,according to the dynamic response of a wharf project under the construction load,a three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of"pile foundation soil layer tunnel"is constructed based on the actual engineering geological conditions;then,in order to verify the reliability of the model,the impact of pile driving on the tunnel lining structure is simulated,and the peak value of surface velocity vibration is verified by comparing with the measured data;finally,combined with the actual project,based on the verified model,this paper studies the reflection and scattering of stress wave at the interface of different soil layers,soil layers and lining,and analyzes the dynamic response of pile foundation construction to the tunnel lining structure under different depth and different distance conditions.The results show that:①the most disadvantageous vibration part of the tunnel section is located in the upper 1/4 arc section of the lining structure near the pile position,which is the most impacted area;②when the distance between the pile bottom and the center of the tunnel is relatively close,the impact on the lining structure is the largest,and when the pile bottom has exceeded the tunnel buried depth,the impact on the tunnel lining caused by pile driving is gradually weakened;③the farther the distance between pile driving and tunnel,the greater the energy attenuation and the smaller the impact on tunnel lining with the increase of impact load propagation distance.
