摘要
该文针对杭州市地铁1号线盾构隧道近接立交桥桩基础工程,采用有限元方法对盾构近接桩基础的加固方案进行加固效果分析,重点研究在盾构施工完成后桥整体沉降、土体沉降及桩基础的变形。分析结果表明:深孔注浆加固后桩基础、桥梁结构与土层的变形得到了明显的控制,且深孔注浆加固方案对于桩基础水平位移与土层沉降的控制有显著效果。该方法可为今后类似的近接桥桩基础盾构隧道工程的设计和施工提供指导,具有一定的理论和工程实用价值。
In this paper, according to the project of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 Shield Tunnel near the pile foundation project of an overpass, the finite element method is used to analyze the reinforcement effect of the pile foundation near shield tunnel. The overall settlement of the bridge, soil settlement and the deformation of pile foundation after the completion of shield construction are mainly studied. The analysing results show that the pile foundation, bridge structure and deformation of soil layer are obviously controlled after the deep hole grouting, and the deep hole grouting reinforcement scheme has significant effect on the control of horizontal displacement of pile foundation and soil settlement. This method can provide guidance for the design and construction of similar shield tunnel near bridge pile foundation engineering in the future, and it has certain theoretical and engineering practical value.
