摘要
高职院校顶岗实习学生党员教育管理是坚持“以人为本”的本质要求,是确保“发展质量”的内在要求,是实现“目标导向”的客观要求。基于当前高职院校顶岗实习学生党员教育管理的现状,文章以目标管理为视角,探索顶岗实习学生党员教育管理模式。目标管理视角下,顶岗实习学生党员教育管理紧紧围绕目标设置、目标开展、目标实施以及目标考核评价四个维度构建以实习学生党员联系制度为目标,以数字党建媒介为目标开展途径,实施多方联动、多方反馈过程管理,实现顶岗实习学生党员教育管理积分制量化考核和过程质量考核的体系构建,为当前顶岗实习学生党员教育管理提供路径。
The education management of internship student Party members in higher vocational colleges is the essential requirement of“people-oriented”,the internal requirement to ensure the“quality of development”and the objective requirement to achieve the“goal orientation”.The study aims at researching on the construction of the management system of internship student Party members from the perspective of target management.From the perspective of target management,the education management of internship student Party members is closely around the education management goal seting,development,implementation,as well as evaluation.The study explores to build a management system of internship student Party members,which takes contact system as the goal,digital media as the way,carrying out the multi-linkage and multi-feedback process management,to achieve the quantitative assessment and process quality assessment.
