摘要
党员发展与培育是高校“为党育人、为国育才”的重要工作内容。新时期,大学生党员发展在数量和质量上有着更高的要求,党员发展评价体系同样需要与时俱进,保障科学有效。本文认为,新时期党员发展要进一步从“严把党员发展政治关”的内容标准、主体能力和程序环节三个方面着手,注重多元评价主体的融合,形成“全链条”式培育管理格局,构建“四形式五主体六维度”的党员发展综合评价体系,持续优化党员发展工作流程和路径,提升党员培育工作质量。
The development and cultivation of party members is an important work content of“educating people for the Party and talents for the country”in universities.In the new era,the development of university party members has higher requirements in quantity and quality,and the evaluation system of party members’development also needs to keep pace with The Times to ensure that it is scientific and effective.This paper believes that the development of party members in the new era should further start from three aspects of“strictly controlling the political connection of Party members’development”,including the content standard,subject ability and procedure links,pay attention to the integration of multiple evaluation subjects,form a“whole chain”cultivation and management pattern,build a comprehensive evaluation system of“four forms,five subjects and six dimensions”of party members’development,and continuously optimize the working path of party members’development.We will improve the quality of party member training.
