摘要
高校教育管理是高校开展各项管理工作的重要基础,基于创新教育理念开展高校教育管理可推动高校持续优化发展、强化高校对新教学方式的适应能力,所以,高校应积极研究创新教育理念与高校教育管理之间的关系,从创新管理理念、构建新型教育管理模式、创新教育管理体系、构建信息管理机制、强化工作队伍建设、创建优质校园环境等方面在创新教育理念下开展教育管理工作,充分发挥创新教育理念的价值,多维度提升高校教育管理水平。
College education management is an important basis for colleges and universities to carry out various management work.Carrying out college education management based on the innovative education concept can promote the sustainable and optimized development of colleges and universities and strengthen the adaptability of colleges and universities to new teaching methods.Therefore,colleges and universities should actively study the relationship between innovative education concepts and college education management,carry out college education management under innovative education concepts from the perspective of innovative management concepts,building new education management models,innovative education management systems,building information management mechanisms,strengthening the construction of work teams,and creating a high-quality Campus environment,give full play to the value of innovative education concepts,and improve the level of college education management in multiple dimensions.
