摘要
椎动脉型颈椎病是临床常见的颈椎病类型之一,以发作性眩晕、颈痛、恶心、耳鸣、耳聋等为临床症状,严重影响患者生活质量。本病发病机制复杂,目前尚未形成统一的认识,治疗上多以保守治疗为主。中医学具有简便验廉的特点,安全有效,常作为本病的主要治疗选择。本文结合同领域的前沿热点,就椎动脉型颈椎病发病机制、中医治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的潜在作用机制及研究现状进行总结,为中医治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的研究及应用提供依据。
Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is one of the common types of cervical spondylosis.The clinical symptoms are episodic vertigo,neck pain,nausea,tinnitus and deafness,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.The pathogenesis of this disease is complex,no unified understanding has been formed at present,and conservative treatment is mainly used.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is characterized by its efficacy and reasonable price,which is often used as the primary treatment option for the disease.Based on the cutting-edge hotspots in this field,this paper summarizes the pathogenesis of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis and the potential mechanisms and research status of TCM treatment for this disease,providing a theoretical basis for the application of TCM in the treatment of the disease.
