Modified Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction Combined with Eye Acupuncture in the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack Dizziness with Syndrome of Phlegm-Dampness Obstructing the Middle Energizer

摘要目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤加减联合眼针治疗痰湿中阻型短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack, TIA)性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将84例痰湿中阻型TIA性眩晕患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予半夏白术天麻汤加减联合眼针治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后中医证候积分、眩晕障碍量表(dizziness handicap inventory, DHI)评分、右侧椎动脉(right vertebral artery, RVA)、左侧椎动脉(left vertebral artery, LVA)、基底动脉(basilar artery, BA)的平均血流速度变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、DHI评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的57.14%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后RVA、LVA和BA的平均血流速度大于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为9.52%,低于对照组的52.38%(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加减联合眼针治疗痰湿中阻型TIA性眩晕患者,可明显改善患者的临床症状,有效调节椎动脉、基底动脉的平均血流速度。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction combined with eye acupuncture on transient ischemic attack(TIA)dizziness with syndrome of phlegm-dampness obstructing the middle energi-zer.Methods:A total of 84 patients with TIA dizziness were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the study group was given Modified Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction combined with eye acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and the changes in TCM syndrome scores,dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,mean blood flow velocity of right vertebral artery(RVA)and left vertebral artery(LVA)and basilar artery(BA)before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:TCM syndrome scores and DHI score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group's above scores were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 85.71%,which was higher than that of the control group:57.14%(P<0.05).The mean blood flow velocity of RVA,LVA and BA in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the study group's after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.52%in the study group,which was lower than 52.38%in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Pinellia and White Atractylodes and Gastrodia Decoction combined with eye acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with TIA dizziness with syndrome of phlegm-dampness obstructing the middle energizer,and effectively regulate the mean blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery.
