摘要
目的探究在手术室护理管理的过程中开展失效模式与效应分析联合PDCA管理对手术室护理质量以及风险发生率的影响。方法在2022年5月至2023年10月本院进行手术治疗患者中选择88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(44例,开展常规手术护理管理)和观察组(44例,开展失效模式与效应分析联合PDCA循环管理)。对比两组手术护理质量以及风险事件发生率。结果两组手术期间护理质量比较,观察组手术室管理、服务规范、护理文书、护理安全以及急救药械等方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理缺陷、护理投诉发生率比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术期间RPN值比较,观察组安全评估、手术部位标识、术中感染、术中低体温以及术中压疮值方面均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术期间不良事件发生率比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行手术室护理管理过程中开展失效模式与效应分析联合PDCA管理,可以有效提升手术室护理质量,降低风险事件发生率,对于保障手术顺利性,提升手术质量存在重要意义。
Objective To explore the impact of failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA management on the quality of operating room nursing and the incidence of risks in the process of operating room nursing management.Methods Eighty-eight patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(44 cases,routine operation nursing management)and observation group(44 cases,failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management).Compare the quality of surgical care and the incidence of risk events between two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores than the control group in terms of operating room management,service standards,nursing documents,nursing safety,and emergency medical equipment during surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing defects and complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the RPN values during surgery between the two groups,the observation group showed lower safety assessment,surgical site identification,intraoperative infection,intraoperative hypothermia,and intraoperative pressure ulcer values than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during surgery was recorded in two groups of patients,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Conducting failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA management in the process of operating room nursing management can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing,reduce the incidence of risk events,and is of great significance for ensuring the smoothness of surgery and improving surgical quality.
