摘要
[目的]提高急诊病人院内转运过程中的输液质量,保证急诊病人院内转运安全。[方法]采用医疗失效模式与效应分析方法(HFMEA),绘制急诊病人院内转运过程中的输液管理流程图,分析失效模式、失效原因与失效后果,采用危险评分矩阵和决策树筛选需要改进的环节,制定并实施行动改进方案。[结果]改进方案实施后,堵管、固定松脱、避光措施不完善、不使用输液架4个指标有了明显改善(P<0.05)。[结论]应用医疗失效模式与效应分析方法可以优化急诊病人院内转运输液管理流程,提高转运时的静脉输液质量。
Objective:To improve the quality of transfusion during hospital transport in emergency patients and ensure safe hospital transport for emergency patients.Methods:Healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)were used,management flow chart for emergency patients in hospital transport process were drew.Failure modes,causes and consequences of failure were analyzed.Risk score matrix and the decision tree were used to screen.The links for improvement transfusion and an action improvement program was developed and implemented.Results:After the implementation of the improved scheme,the 4 indexes of plugging pipe,fixed loosening,light avoiding measures and non use of transfusion frame had been improved obviously(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of medical failure mode and effect analysis method could optimize the transfusion management process in the emergency hospital and improve the quality of intravenous infusion.
