摘要
目的比较分析手术室护理管理中护理安全风险管理防御机制临床应用效果及影响。方法将上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院手术室年轻护士共14名及手术治疗患者共80例设为双研究对象,开展对比性手术室护理管理研究,研究时间设置为2020年5月—2020年6月。比较不同护理模式下手术室护士风险管理认知评分变化及两组手术患者护理管理效果差异。结果护理安全风险管理防御机制管理期间手术室护士各维度风险管理认知评分均高于常规管理期间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术期间手术风险事件发生率较对照组降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中插管处理、急救准备及心肺复苏实施时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术室护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中采用护理安全风险管理防御机制实施管理,可在积极提升手术室护士手术风险认知意识后,通过手术室风险管理机制的完善,在短时间内为患者迅速实施术中急救,降低意外事件风险保障患者手术治疗安全。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical application effect and influence of nursing safety risk management defense mechanism in operating room nursing management.Methods A total of 14 young nurses and 80 patients with surgical treatment were selected as the double research objects,and a comparative operating room nursing management study was carried out.The research time was set from May 2020 to June 2020.The changes in the risk management cognition scores of operating room nurses under different nursing models and the differences in nursing management effects between the two groups were compared.Results During the management of the nursing safety risk management defense mechanism,the operating room nurses’cognition scores of risk management in all dimensions were higher than those during the routine management period,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence of surgical risk events during the operation of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05);the time of intubation treatment,emergency preparation and CPR implementation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with operating room care than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management of the operating room adopts the nursing safety risk management defense mechanism to implement management.After actively improving the nurses’awareness of surgical risks in the operating room,through the improvement of the operating room risk management mechanism,the patient can be quickly implemented intraoperatively in a short time.First aid,reduce the risk of accidents and ensure the safety of surgical treatment of patients.
