摘要
金融强国建设对绿色金融发展提出了新的时代要求,我国绿色金融发展面临新机遇的同时,需要解决绿色金融法规标准不够完善、环境信息披露机制尚需健全、绿色金融产品与服务供给不够丰富、绿色金融多元化应用场景不足等关键问题。本文在系统分析绿色金融创新形势与面临突出问题的基础上,提出我国绿色金融创新需要从持续完善绿色金融法规标准,不断深化相关环境信息披露改革,进一步丰富绿色金融产品与服务供给,加强绿色金融与科技、普惠、养老和数字等金融融合应用等方面统筹推进。
The current goal of a nation with a strong financial sector has formed new requirements for green finance development in China.In combination with the new requirements,green finance development in China is still faced with problems,such as green finance laws and standards to be improved,green finance-related environmental infor-mation disclosure mechanism to be improved,green finance products and services supply to be strengthened,and green finance application scenarios to be expanded.Based on the analysis of the reasons,green finance innovation needs to be optimized from the paths of continuously improving the construction of green finance laws and policies and standard system,continuously improving the green finance-related environmental information disclosure mecha-nism,further enriching the supply of green finance products and services,and strengthening the integration of green finance and technology finance,inclusive finance,pension finance and digital finance.
