摘要
目的探究三维管理模式在医院医疗设备管理中的应用效果。方法将连云港市第一人民医院2022年1—12月150台医疗设备、20名设备管理人员纳入对照组,采用常规管理模式,将2023年1—12月150台医疗设备、20名设备管理人员纳入研究组,采用三维管理模式,对比两组管理效果、管理质量、设备故障率及管理满意度。结果研究组管理效果、管理质量、设备故障率及管理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院医疗设备管理过程中用三维管理模式能够从整体上提高医疗设备管理效果及管理质量,降低设备故障发生率,提高管理人员管理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional management model in hospital medical equipment management.Methods 150 medical equipment and 20 equipment managers in the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang from January to December 2022 were included in the control group,using the conventional management model.The hospital's 150 medical equipment and 20 equipment managers from January to December 2023 were included in the research group,and the three-dimensional management model was implemented.Compare the management effects,management quality,equipment failure rate and management satisfaction between the two groups.Results The management effect,management quality,equipment failure rate and management satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the three-dimensional management model in the hospital medical equipment management process can improve the overall effectiveness and quality of medical equipment management,reduce the incidence of equipment failures,and improve the management satisfaction of managers.
