摘要
目的:基于项目管理理论构建骨科康复设备质量管理体系,探讨其在设备质量管理中的效果。方法:选取医院骨科在用的10台康复设备,按照管理模式不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统管理模式;观察组采用骨科康复设备质量管理体系管理模式,按照项目启动、项目规划、项目执行、项目监控和项目评价开展设备质量管理。自制问卷调研骨科康复设备服务满意度,对比两组设备质量、康复效果和服务水平。结果:观察组设备开机运转率和质量检测合格率分别为(92.90±4.69)%和(95.16±2.43)%,均高于对照组,故障处理周期和结构部件损坏率分别为(8.58±5.82)h和(1.05±0.62)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.144,Z=3.039,Z=2.369,Z=3.930;P<0.05);观察组空气波压力循环治疗仪、持续被动运动(CPM)机、特定电磁波治疗仪和电磁场治疗仪的康复治疗有效率分别为(89.39±4.28)%、(90.70±4.98)%、(92.99±5.03)%和(91.69±5.46)%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.111,Z=2.402,Z=3.119,Z=2.573;P<0.05);患者对观察组设备使用中涉及的医护人员服务态度、设备使用情况和康复治疗效果满意度分别为96.34%、91.46%和97.56%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=11.798,x^(2)=9.120,x^(2)=17.850;P<0.05)。结论:基于项目管理理论的骨科康复设备质量管理体系能够改善设备管理流程,提高设备运行质量,降低设备安全隐患和故障比例。
Objective:To construct the quality management system of orthopedic rehabilitation equipment based on project management theory,and explore its effect in equipment quality management.Methods:Ten sets of rehabilitation equipment in clinical use in the orthopedics department of the hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management modes.The control group adopted the traditional management mode.The observation group adopted the management mode of orthopedic rehabilitation equipment quality management system to carry out equipment quality management according to project initiation,project planning,project execution,project monitoring and project evaluation.A self-designed questionnaire was made to investigate the service satisfaction of orthopedic rehabilitation equipment,and the quality of equipment,rehabilitation effect and service level of the two groups were compared.Results:The equipment start-up operation rate and quality inspection pass rate of the observation group were(92.90±4.69)%and(95.16±2.43)%,respectively,both of which were higher than those of the control group,the failure processing cycle and structural component damage rate were(8.58±5.82)h and(1.05±0.62)%,respectively,both of which were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.144,Z=2.369,Z=3.039,Z=3.930,P<0.05).The effective rates of rehabilitation treatment of the air wave pressure cycle therapy device,continuous passive motion(CPM)machine,specific electromagnetic wave therapy device and electromagnetic field therapy device in the observation group were(89.39±4.28)%,(90.70±4.98)%,(92.99±5.03)%and(91.69±5.46)%,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.111,Z=2.402,Z=3.119,Z=2.573,P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients on the service attitude of medical staff involved in the equipment,the use of the equipment and the effect of rehabilitation treatment in the observation group were 96.34%,91.46%and 97.56%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=11.798,x^(2)=9.120,x^(2)=17.850,P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality management system of orthopedic rehabilitation equipment based on project management theory can effectively improve the equipment management process,improve the operation quality of the equipment operation,reduce equipment safety hazards and failures ratios.
