以德育为核心的高职院校资助育人评价机制构建刍论

摘要 构建以德育为核心的高职院校资助育人评价机制,有助于提高资助工作的针对性和实效性,促进学生的全面发展与自我实现,提升人才培养质量,推动内涵式发展。高职院校在构建以德育为核心的资助育人评价机制时,应遵循目标性、全面性、公平性、实践性原则,建立以德育为核心的多维度评价指标体系,采用德育与资助育人相结合的多元评价方法,强化德育在评价中的权重与导向作用,建立师生共同参与的评价机制,设定合理评价周期与反馈机制。 The evaluation mechanism for funding education in vocational colleges with moral education as the core helps to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of funding work,promote the comprehensive development and self realization of students,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote connotative development.When constructing a funding and education evaluation mechanism with moral education as the core,vocational colleges should follow the principles of objectivity,comprehensiveness,and fairness,construct a multi-dimensional evaluation index system with moral education as the core,adopt a diversified evaluation method combining moral education and funding and education,strengthen the weight and guiding role of moral education in evaluation,establish an evaluation mechanism with joint participation of teachers and students,set a reasonable evaluation cycle and feedback mechanism.
