摘要
企业档案馆是我国档案馆网络体系的重要组成部分,对于支撑企业业务开展以及国家档案事业高质量发展具有重要作用。基于文献研究、政策文本分析和实践调查,从宏观层、中观层、微观层对我国企业档案馆建设环境进行系统性分析;在此基础上,立足于企业档案工作客观规律,指明我国企业档案馆建设的未来走向:统筹谋划,持续深化档案治理体系建设;全链贯通,推动业务工作整体质量提升;内外联动,促进档案利用服务模式创新;数智赋能,融入档案工作数字转型大局;人才强档,优化档案工作人员成长环境。
Enterprise archives are an important part of China’s archives network system,and play an important role in supporting the business of enterprises as well as the high-quality development of national archives.Based on literature research,policy text analysis and practice survey,the environment of China’s enterprise archives construction is systematically analyzed from the macro level,meso level and micro level.On this basis,based on the objective law of enterprise archives work,the research points out the future direction of China’s enterprise archives construction:focusing on integrated planning,continuing to deepen the construction of the archives governance system;strengthening the whole chain,promoting the overall quality of the business work;strengthening the internal and external linkage,promoting the innovation of archives use and service mode;deepening the digital intelligence empowerment,integrating into the archives digital transformation;emphasizing the talents to strengthen the archives,and optimizing the growth environment for the archives staff.
