摘要
酶联免疫分析技术操作简单、灵敏度较高、技术成本较低且能够应用到多种成分检测中,因此被广泛应用于大批量食品安全快速检测中。随着相关技术的革新,酶联免疫分析技术在实践检测中的应用也愈发成熟,同时衍生出众多新型技术,满足了食品快速、高质量检测需求。基于此,本文探究了酶联免疫分析技术在各类食品检测中的应用,分析了酶联免疫分析技术的优势,希望能够为广大从业人员提供些许参考。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is simple to operate,has high sensitivity,low technical cost,and can be applied to the detection of a variety of ingredients.Therefore,it is widely used in rapid detection of largevolume food safety.With the innovation of related technologies,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has become more mature in practical testing,and many new technologies have been derived to meet the needs for rapid and highquality food testing.Based on this,this article explores the application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in various food testing,analyzes the advantages of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and hopes to provide some reference for the majority of practitioners.
