摘要
目的:观察牵正酒淬毫针治疗周围性面瘫的临床有效性。方法:将90例周围性面瘫的患者作为临床研究对象,以随机分配的方式分为两个组,每个组45例,对照组采用常规毫针针刺治疗周围性面瘫;观察组采用牵正酒淬毫针针刺治疗周围性面瘫,比较两组治疗前后的house-brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级以及临床疗效。结果:比较两组House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级,治疗前比较(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);观察组(牵正酒淬毫针针刺)总有效率94.29%,优于对照组(常规毫针针刺)总有效率85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牵正酒淬毫针针刺治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,是一项中医特色鲜明的技术。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qianzheng wine quenching millimeter needle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 90 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional millimeter acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Qianzheng wine quenching millimeter acupuncture.House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function classification and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients with peripheral facial paralysis before and after treatment.Results House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function classification was compared between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function grade in observation group was significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(Qianzheng wine quenching milli-needle acupuncture)was 94.29%,which was better than that of the control group(conventional milli-needle acupuncture)85.71%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with Qianzheng wine quenching millineedle is effective,and it is a distinctive technique of traditional Chinese medicine.
