普通针刺联合牵正散化裁治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Ordinary Acupuncture Combined with Modified Qianzheng Powder in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

摘要观察普通针刺联合牵正散化裁治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床效果。以平塘县人民医院2016年6月—2025年5月收治的106例周围性面神经麻痹患者作为研究样本。随机将患者分为普通针刺治疗组和针刺合牵正散组,每组各53例。普通针刺治疗组接受普通针刺治疗,针刺合牵正散组接受普通针刺联合牵正散化裁治疗。统计分析两组患者的周围性面神经麻痹程度、临床疗效、中医证候积分、治疗满意度。结果显示,针刺合牵正散组周围性面神经麻痹Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者占比均高于普通针刺治疗组,Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级、Ⅵ级患者占比均低于普通针刺治疗组(P<0.05);针刺合牵正散组治疗总有效率高于普通针刺治疗组(P<0.05),相关中医证候积分均低于普通针刺治疗组(P<0.05);针刺合牵正散组治疗满意度高于普通针刺治疗组(P<0.05)。研究发现,普通针刺联合牵正散化裁治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床效果较好。 This study aims to observe the clinical effect of ordinary acupuncture combined with modified Qianzheng Powder in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.A total of 106 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Pingtang County People’s Hospital from June 2016 to May 2025 were selected as research samples.The patients were randomly divided into the ordinary acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder group,with 53 cases in each group.The ordinary acupuncture group received ordinary acupuncture treatment,while the acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder group received ordinary acupuncture combined with modified Qianzheng Powder treatment.Statistical analysis was performed on the degree of peripheral facial paralysis,clinical efficacy,scores of TCM syndromes,and treatment satisfaction of the two groups.The results showed that the proportions of patients with peripheral facial paralysis at GradeⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢin the acupuncture combined with Qianzhe ng Powder group were higher than those in the ordinary acupuncture group,while the proportions of patients at GradeⅣ,Ⅴ,andⅥwere lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder group was higher than that in the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).The scores of related TCM syndromes in the acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder group were lower than those in the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder group was higher than that in the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).The study concludes that the clinical effect of ordinary acupuncture combined with modified Qianzheng Powder in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is better than that of ordinary acupuncture alone.
