摘要
雷公藤红素是一种天然提取的五环三萜类化合物,是最有望发展为现代药物的化合物之一。具有调节免疫、抗微生物、抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗肺纤维化、改善肥胖等多种药理活性。本文总结了近几年国内外相关文献,对雷公藤红素化学结构、理化性质、提取、分离纯化以及主要的药理活性进行归纳与总结,并提出研究不足和展望,以期为今后探究雷公藤红素的开发与利用提供可靠的参考价值。
Celastrol is a naturally extracted pentacyclic triterpenoid compound,which is one of the most promising compounds for the development of modern drugs.It has a variety of pharmacological activities such as regulating immunity,anti-microbial,anti-cancer,anti-tumor,anti-pulmonary fibrosis,and improving obesity.This paper summarizes the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,summarizes and summarizes the chemical structure,physical and chemical properties,extraction,separation and purification,and main pharmacological activities of celastrol,and puts forward the research deficiencies and prospects,in order to provide reliable reference value for the future development and utilization of celastrol.
