摘要
雷公藤红素作为中草药雷公藤的主要活性成分之一,具有广泛的药理作用,但由于其毒副作用大、水溶性差,限制了临床应用。因此,对雷公藤红素的化学结构进行修饰一直是国内外研究的热点。本文综述了近十年有关雷公藤红素的药理作用研究及结构修饰的研究进展,为雷公藤红素的进一步研究提供参考。
Celastrol,a main active compound isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii,exhibits a wide spectrum of pharmacological activities.However,the poor solublility and high toxicity of celastrol seriously limit its application and development in clinical practice.Therefore,it has become a research hotspot to carry out on the structural modification of celastrol to improve its pharmacological properties.In this paper,studies focusing on pharmacological activities and the structural modifications of celastrol in the past ten years were reviewed,which will provide reference for the further research of celastrol.
