教育公平正义促进共同富裕的内涵诠释、价值彰显及关键理路 被引量:5

摘要 共同富裕蕴含着对社会公平正义的价值追求,教育公平正义作为社会公平正义的基石,成为实现共同富裕的内在要求和积极推动力量。教育公平正义通过坚持办好人民满意的教育、构建高质量教育体系、促进教育优质均衡发展、同一性和差异性相统一得以实现共同富裕的人民性、共享性、公平性和正义性,从而在共同富裕中彰显巩固教育脱贫攻坚成效、人民共享教育发展成果、实现人的自由全面发展的价值。为促进教育公平正义助推共同富裕的实现,需要完善教育制度设计以构筑共同富裕的全新格局,优化教育资源配置以夯实共同富裕的物质基础,提升教育发展质量以满足共同富裕的精神追求。 Common prosperity contains the value pursuit of social fairness and justice,and educational fairness and justice,as the cornerstone of social fairness and justice,has become the inherent requirement and positive driving force to achieve common prosperity.Educational fairness and justice can realize the people s nature,sharing,fairness and justice of common prosperity by persisting in running a satisfactory education for the people,building a high-quality education system,and promoting the balanced development of high-quality education,and unifying identity and difference,thus demonstrating the value of consolidating the effectiveness of education to get rid of poverty,sharing the fruits of educational development and realizing the free and all-round development of people in common prosperity.In order to promote educational fairness and justice and promote the realization of common prosperity,it is necessary to improve the design of educational system to build a new pattern of common prosperity,to optimize the allocation of educational resources to consolidate the material foundation of common prosperity,and to improve the quality of educational development to meet the spiritual pursuit of common prosperity.
