新质生产力助推高校毕业生高质量充分就业研究

A Study on the Role of New Quality Productive Forces in Promoting High-Quality and Sufficient Employment of University Graduates

摘要 高校毕业生是党和国家宝贵的人才资源。新质生产力作为以创新为核心、以高技术、高效能、高质量为特征的新型生产力形态,在重塑劳动要素配置方式、变革产业结构与拓展就业形态方面展现出重要赋能效应。文章立足新质生产力对劳动力市场结构调整的系统性影响,探讨其在优化人才供需结构、拓展多元就业空间、推动就业形态转型中的内在逻辑与实践路径。研究认为,实现高校毕业生高质量充分就业,需要构建政府引导、企业吸纳与高校培养协同发力的多元协作机制,通过深化教育体制改革、强化产教融合、健全就业服务体系与完善社会保障制度,系统提升毕业生的岗位适应能力与职业发展潜力。在新质生产力引领下,通过制度供给与市场机制的协同优化,有效摆脱当前高校毕业生就业困境,实现更高质量、更充分、更具可持续性的就业目标。 University graduates represent a vital talent resource for both the Party and the country.As a new form of productive force characterized by innovation at its core,by high technology,high efficiency,and high quality,new quality productive forces play a significant empowering role in reshaping labor allocation,transforming industrial structures,and expanding employment forms.This paper explores the systemic impact of new quality productive forces on labor market restructuring,analyzing its internal logic and practical pathways in optimizing the supply-demand structure of talent,broadening diversified employment spaces,and promoting the transformation of employment models.The study argues that achieving high-quality and sufficient employment for university graduates requires the construction of a multi-agent collaboration mechanism involving government guidance,enterprise absorption,and university cultivation.This entails deepening education system reform,strengthening industry-education integration,improving employment service systems,and enhancing social security mechanisms,thereby systematically improving graduate'job adaptability and career development potential.Under the leadership of new quality productive forces,the coordinated optimization of institutional supply and market mechanisms can effectively overcome the current employment challenges faced by university graduates and achieve more sufficient,higher-quality,and sustainable employment outcomes.
