摘要
区域物流能力的提高对区域经济高质量发展起着举足轻重的作用。针对我国区域物流能力发展不平衡的现状,选取京津冀、长三角、粤港澳、成渝四大城市群作为研究对象,从物流需求能力、物流设施与经济能力以及物流发展潜力3个层面选取10个指标构建区域物流能力综合评价体系,采用熵值-TOPSIS综合模型对我国四大城市群区域物流能力进行评价,分析比较各区域物流能力水平差异。结果表明:所构建的评价指标体系能够全面系统地反映区域物流能力的现状,四大城市群区域物流能力优劣顺序依次为长三角、粤港澳、京津冀、成渝,最后根据实际情况提出四大城市群区域物流能力发展的对策建议。
The improvement of regional logistics capacity plays a crucial role in promoting the high-quality development of the regional economy.Considering the unbalanced development of regional logistics capacity in China,the four major urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao,and Chengdu-Chongqing are selected as the research objects to analyze the current situation and existing problems of regional logistics capacity development in various regions.Ten indicators are selected from three levels of logistics demand capacity,logistics facilities and economic capacity,and logistics development potential to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional logistics capacity.The entropy-TOPSIS comprehensive model is used to evaluate the regional logistics capacity of four major urban agglomerations in China.The differences in regional logistics capacity levels are analyzed and compared.The results show that the constructed evaluation index system can comprehensively and systematically reflect the current situation of regional logistics capabilities.The order of regional logistics capabilities of four major urban agglomerations is:Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and Chengdu-Chongqing.Finally,suggestions for the development of regional logistics capabilities of the four major urban agglomerations are proposed.
